THRALL — The Thrall Tigers varsity football team recently released its 2025-26 schedule as it prepares for the upcoming season.
Thrall will open the season on the road against rival Thorndale on Friday, Aug. 29. The Tigers will stay on the road the following week, facing Rosebud-Lott on Friday, Sept. 5, before returning home for their home opener against Austin Eastside on Friday, Sept. 12.
The Tigers will remain at home to host Troy on Sept. 19, then travel to Johnson City on Sept. 26, and close out nondistrict play at home against Hempstead. Thrall will take a bye the following week before opening district play on the road at Lexington on Friday, Oct. 10.
The Tigers will host Blanco on Oct. 17, hit the road again to face Comfort on Oct. 24, and close out the regular season at home against Rogers on Friday, Oct. 31.
Thrall is coming off a 6-5 campaign that included a postseason appearance. The Tigers will look to build on that success, despite graduating key contributors such as Chance Parker and Landon Gregory.
