HUTTO — Hutto head football coach Eli Reinhart was recently named to Dave Campbell’s Texas Football 40 Under 40 list, which recognizes the top 40 coaches in the state under the age of 40.
Reinhart, 31, brings a wealth of experience to the Hippos despite his age, having coached for 13 years. He got his start in 2013 at Montrose High School, where he coached under his father.
He then spent four years at Central Michigan as an offensive analyst before becoming the offensive coordinator at Anderson High School in 2021.
Most recently, Reinhart served as the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at North Crowley for three seasons. Under his leadership, the Panthers developed into one of the most explosive offenses in Texas, capped by a 2024 season in which they averaged 54 points per game and captured a state championship.
Reinhart enters his first season at Hutto with several key offensive weapons returning, including quarterback Kaden Stefek, running back Keilan Chavies and wide receiver Jaiden Fields.
