LIBERTY HILL — The Taylor Ducks girls’ powerlifting team secured a second-place finish at the Liberty Hill Invitational on Saturday, Feb. 8.
Five Lady Ducks lifters earned top-three finishes in their respective weight classes.
Krista Randig led the way with a first-place finish, while Eliana Aleman and Lorena Glover each claimed second. Sofia Dorantes and Amalia Lopez rounded out the podium performances with third-place finishes.
Taylor will look to build on its success when it returns to competition at the Pflugerville Weiss Wolf Invitational on Saturday, Feb. 22, with lifting set to begin at 8:30 a.m.
