CEDAR PARK - Workforce Solutions Rural Capital Area (WSRCA), the facilitator of workforce development services for the nine-county Rural Capital Area of Central Texas, is pleased to announce the appointment of six new community and industry leaders to its board of directors. WSRCA’s new board members include Laura Krcmar, vice president of Learning and Development with First National Bank of Bastrop, represents Bastrop County; Sam Dowdy, president of S&D Plumbing in Taylor, who represents Williamson County; Susan Kimball, president of the Dripping Springs Chamber of Commerce, who represents Hays County; Doug Mudd, executive director of Community Action, Inc. of Central Texas, represents Hays County; Deokie Ramlochan, director of Corporate Services with AlgEternal Technologies, represents Fayette County; and Hatch Smith, chief executive officer and administrator with MidCoast Central Medical Center, represents Llano County. 11/30/2022 08:14 AM
