Hutto robotics team takes state
HUTTO – The halls of Hutto High School were booming Monday, Dec. 5 with a hallway pep rally celebrating the 2022 UIL State Championship Competition of Best of Texas Robotics. The reason for the celebration, Hutto ISD is once again home to a state championship Robotics UIL title. The UIL competition was held Dec. 1-3 in Frisco. Over the weekend, the Hutto High School Robotics Team, RoboCo XI, won the gold medal. 12/10/2022 07:13 AM

Organization balks at agenda item
Although Taylor’s two parades are over — one billed as holiday procession focused on inclusivity, the other featuring family and biblical values — the controversy continues to brew. Hutto’s Hippo gets her own book
HUTTO – Henrietta Hippo’s adventure started in 1915 and is commemorated with thousands of hippo statues situated throughout the city. Livestock show awards championships
The Williamson County Livestock Association hosted FFA and 4H groups from area schools to show off the livestock they are raising at the Williamson County Expo Center. Students had the opportunity to show off the swine (pigs), heifers and steers they have been raising for livestock experts to receive feedback as well and have an opportunity to win a championship. 12/10/2022 07:13 AM
