PIPELINE TO SUCCESS
A pipeline has been formed that is designed to make plumbing a more attractive career path for young students. Lady Ducks soar into regular season following scrimmages
Taylor High School varsity volleyball had quite a busy week under first-year head coach Rylee Davis as the Lady Ducks had tryouts Tuesday through Thursday, hosted scrimmages on Friday morning, were introduced to the community at the Duck Day event Saturday morning and concluded that afternoon with more scrimmages. 08/09/2023 07:22 AM

Thrall hosts Meet The Tigers at packed Tiger Stadium
THRALL – Tiger Stadium was the site of the annual Meet The Tigers event as Tigers and Tigerettes fall activities for Thrall High School were on display for the community. Taylor flocks to Duck Day football scrimmage
ANDREW SALMI andrew.salmi@granitemedia partners.com The Duck Pond was the site of Taylor High School’s first Duck Day showcase (formerly Meet The Ducks) under athletic director and head football coach Earven Flowers as fall activities were introduced to the public with football, volleyball, cross country, team tennis, cheer, band, color guard and more. Saturday morning was the first day that the Ducks were allowed to have full-contact practice as the varsity, junior varsity and freshman teams were all on the field in pads and helmets. 08/09/2023 07:22 AM

HUTTO – Hutto City Manager James Earp presented a budget based on a no-new-revenue tax rate at the Aug. 3 council meeting.
